Weak signal new BVN Transponder

We received hundreds of phone calls regarding the Transponder change of BVN

Most of the time all the changes where done correct but was a "Fail" or a "no signal" the result after the change.

This is due to the very weak signal from the transponder. According BVN this was supposed to be an improvement however our

experience is that the new transponder is even weaker then the old one. Only with a 1.2M dish is an accepatble result achieved.
