BVN settings change Fortec

For those using a Fortec satellite receiver.

Make sure your remote is set to stb(press this button first to make sure) next press "Menu" select installation select TP scan then change the frequency to 12089 and next  the symbol rate to 11.719 after you select save you have to press the yellow button (labelled callender) to let the receiver scan for the channels . When its finished you should see BVN-TV in the tv channel list. Press save and exit.
